"I am a proud customer with Ken Anderson with State Farm. I recently went to a concert and my truck was impounded. The following day after I drove it home and stopped at the grocery store the truck would not go into drive. The towing company busted the bushing on my shifter cable. I went on my app and contacted roadside assistance. 25 minutes later my truck was towed and a $30 Lyft credit was texted to me by State Farm. I was having a horrible weekend and this saved my Sunday. I can't express how professional and thourough State Farm was. The price that I pay for the roadside assistance over 100% paid for itself and I did not spend one penny. Thank you so much Ken Anderson, you are the best!"
